impulse's Double Impact layout help

hello,

 i'm "hoping" to classic/dx this got all the lamps where they should be and buttons. but for the life of me i can,t get the hi lo reel to act right.

as you can see from the image It looks like a nine squared triple reel and there's four lamps per section but i can,t seam to get it set up right

can someone who knows better help me set that reel up then i'll be away
