I can't seem to find this machine anywhere! from a google search there was 1 webpage showing an advertisement from 4 years ago and thats it

I was wandering if maybe it had been done under a different name? Remember my uncle figuring out how to jackpot it from what others may 'overlook' when it went 'whooosshhhh' and flashed to the top you knew it was jackpot...considering how easy they were to jackpot...
anyway any info most appreciated! possibly a machine that time forgot?
