It used to be a part of many a layout, where it filled the void of emptiness on the right of a machine ( or in some cases the left or both)!

Afaik the only creator that does Sideart regularly atm is Pook.

What if the Sideart was on both sides of the layout and the machine was centralised?

To me Sideart compliments a layout it adds that finishing touch, the creators final 'watermark' if you like.
One of my best sideart's was on trick or treat
I implemented various lamps to interact within the artwork like various ghosts and the pumpkin
