Rom writing?

Hi there... I thought I'd post here as it's regarding game data or lack of game data. Does anyone know anyone that can write some Rom (or Eprom chips) scorpion 4 game card for me?
2 sound chips
2 data chips
Happy to pay...

My current chips just make the fault light flash in 2 cards. Other game data and cards work ok...
