Support Tickets

Does anyone know the rough timescale for a support ticket to be answered?

I’ve been trying to download some layouts but the website isn’t allowing me to, so I had a look and I take it is because my supporter status has just expired. I’ve been trying to pay by bank transfer as I don’t use PayPal but no one has responded advising of payment instructions.

I requested to make payment and got the “waiting to be checked by a member of staff email” about a week ago but the support ticket was just yesterday.
