Barcrest booze cruise faulty

Hi guys i have a barcrest booze cruise club im getting the 12 green 2 red fault someone kindly send me another mpu5 and im still getting the same.... the only diffrents now is that the speaker now shouts out 'hey check it out '

Does any one have any idea :-D
