I don't play many AWP's nowadays, but I was shocked to see it taking £15 + to get on the feature on some I played this weekend in pubs.
They seem to look to frustrate and annoy the player, deliberately in several ways.....
Having the red reels pretense that you're about to get a great start on the board, but then still taking £7 or £8 to get into the feature and then nothing that special about the feature board.
Worst still some have a symbol on them (pay being one) which after the £7 or £8, just gives you £1 or £2 back and then dump you back to square 1.
Or the good old annoying gamble from any amount on the cash ladder, back to the last number on the trail (usually 7) and then another £2 or £3 to get back on the ladder, then have it dump you back to 7 again and again.
That's even before you get to the dick you about around the board and offer no more than £3 back stage.
Probably because I'm not in the know, about software bugs etc, but surely the casual player really is now better just to stay away altogether.
