screen size 5.1 problem
please forgive my stupidity here but im trying to run the 5.1 (gridrunner) absolutely loved this in the field but i can only see about 10% of the machine and cant figure out why?? i have tried resize etc but still no joy grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr im so thick sometimes can someone please help me?? many thanks in advance

re my uncle with dementia.
I have in the past discussed and chatted to several friends on the site re my uncles dementia.
Over the past 6 months he has rapidly deteriorated and in the last 2 weeks he became violent-both verbally and physically.
My dad (as his main carer),is now on a cocktail of drugs -due to the stress he was under and is on the waiting list to see a counsellor.
As a result of the above I fianaly got through to S.Services and on Tuesday he was admitted to a home for rest bite care.
This will lead to a permanent place in the near future,after numerous tests have been carried out.
I feel so many mixed emotions atm as there is(without doubt),an abundance of relief but coupled with that there is so much guilt within us all, as we all feel we have almost abandoned him now in some way!
I do not wish what we have gone through upon anyone but my prominent point to my posting is this,to one and all out there look out for all loved ones who surround you and above all if you see the slightest change in yourself or a family member-re there memory,go get them or your self checked out. Because things will only get worse and deteriorate further.

Triple 7 machine - MPU software error
Hi guys,
I've got a Triple 7 machine here and after the MPU board went, I put a new one in. It all boots up again fine now in open door mode, but in closed door mode it is giving this error message when loading:

Someone told me I need a "cleardown card" or something if I change the MPU, as the SR3e coin mech in the machine needs to be reset? Is this what the error message is getting at? If so, what is a cleardown card and where do I get one?

Fruit Machine Repair - East Sussex
Hi all, Does anyone know any old school fruity engineers along the south coast, i live near Eastbourne and my old indy JPM needs a good service really. either the processor board or the psu has given up the ghost. i used to have to wait about 5 minutes before i could play it but now its given up. ive put it in the garage for the last few months but have removed both the processor board and psu.
Im loathed to buy any parts off ebay as i dont want to buy something that doesnt work. i could fix it myself but thought if there was a fruity geek out there with an alladdins cave of parts maybe i could sort something out?
I dont want to take a hammer to it like i did my monte carlo or bust.... (was gonna keep glass but got lost when i moved).
an added bonus would be a coin mech reprogram to (New £1 and New 10p).. lol i think i have 2 spare mars coin mechs also. i need to get my stuff sorted.

just wanted to say hi to all on fruitemu. not been on fruits for ages as ive been working hard trying to get my finances (plus head severly lodged up arse) back in order. i have moved from Hull to near Donny. im engaged to be married in November (never ever thought i would find love again). i also been doing loads of mountain biking and i have to say there are some lovely trails round Donny. Life is bloody good at min. thanks for reading and all the best to you all

Help to identify a machine?
Been searching for a machine I used to play back in the late 80s in the council mablethorpe arcade.
Was a 2p play, liklely either a Barcrest or PCP - but I get them confused...
The defining feature of the machine was that the middle reel had a "wild" symbol that was used in a feature. The middle reel would spin and you had to stop the "wild" in the middle to advance the cash ladder - then the reel would spin faster.
Its not cash-filla or Test pilot - but they have a similar feel and age.
Any ideas? and if so, has it been emulated?

and you get nothing, and if you win the third lamp lights up. so you get 4 shots. confused .com:S

Barcode Machine, problems downloading
Tell me if I am doing something wrong, but when I download most games, I will click ''download'' then ''open'' and
''extract file'' to open game, and one game icon will come up, which I double click.
But looking at 3/4 of the different releases of Barcode, I seem to be getting over 100 icon bars coming up with layouts, reels, numbers and allsorts???
How do I get this one working, as seems very different to others?

DOND Box 23 anyone?
Hi, I have seen this said machine in lots of service stations and wondered: A. What tech this is, B. Can MFME 5/5.1 emulate it, and C. if this can be done in classic form? All current service stations either turn the sound down or completely mute the sound. Because I saw Rainbow Ritches emued I wondered about this one. Also I loved DOND so much before it left the TV lol. I managed to also watch all DOND on Tour last year as well, I mean, the banker's private jet? Well I hope that may be the next machine added to the franchise.
