Im working in a bar that has a Im a jackpot get me out of here machine. just wondering what tech is it and do we need any pics or anything for emulation purposes. theres also a rainbow riches themed machine on £70 but i imagine thats to new?

audio driver help
hi folks picked up a little bargain of a lappy to try and have a bash at doing layouts again,its a hp g700 core 2 with 2gb ram.
its got a basic audio driver that came with the windows installation,but whenever i try and update it, i keep getting "the best driver is installed" popping up..im wanting to record from the sound card,but for whatever reason it wont let me.
any help and ideas greatly appreciated

Nudge, Nudge, Wink, Wink
Hi Guys,
New to the fruit machine emulation scene tried getting an old fruit machine called Nudge, Nudge Wink, Wink working tried the various versions of the MFME's but they require a .gam extension to play and the roms have different file extension .chr .hex do I need a different emulator to get it to play.

Need a (*Free) S4, BFM or a M1B PCB?
A few weeks ago I sent a member a Coin Mech for a donation to Fruit-Emu...

Barcrest's Interceptor £4.80 1024Wdx
Coming soon! Started this a few days back as you can see the machine cab is another one of those rare curved vogue cabinets they used for super two. The flyer used is slightly grainy in places but at least the original classic will be dx'ed!
Question time? The reels as you can see from the photo the numbers are the same design as cash counter so that's not a problem. Can anybody help with the Arrows, are they the same design as the yellow arrows above the numbers?
Finally the hi lo reel band, again you can just make out what looks to be the number1 which has a cashpot symbol to the right, now on the classic of this it clearly states numbers 4,8 & 12 are the cashpot ones so why is there that no 1 on the image.
Finally the buttons will need re doing and maybe re-alining.

Barcrest to make new rainbow riches community cash
As the title says.
SG gaming (Barcrest) told me that they have halted production of pretty much everything bar t7 and t8 cabinets. However, the sales of the 3 players with three massive plasma screens on end are so high, that its made them re-think for a spacial one off edition of the said game.
It appears it wont be a mission miles different from the first one (to be confirmed) but it will have full support for TITO and also note payout systems like found on the t8.
personally i would like a community pots.

Scorpion 4 DOND high pitched alarm
So we have a DOND - kept cutting out a few months ago. Became quite clear that the battery had leaked - it just would not hold power anymore.
So we finally sourced a working used scorpion 4 board.
Few bent pegs but easily rectified - fitted in.
But ..... When turning on we get this very high pitched screech. Not like the normal very loud alarms it really is a screech!
It did (once) try and initialise but then started screeching again!
Checked all the connections on the board.
Feel like I'm missing something easy! I need your huge brains to help!! I'll happily take photos just tell me where of!

Another oldie wdx for you in the name of Interceptor by Barcrest from the classic token era of the early 90's, presented in the "vogue" curved cab afaik only three machines were in this type, Supertwo, Fruit Link (clubber) and this one.

Now the layout itself, firstly as you can see the Hi-Lo Buttons are the oppisite way around (LO-HI) the reason this is like this as i tried to re do the button lamp/numbers etc but the layout just wasn,t playing ball, i think they had the same prblem on the classic of this and its clone Graffiti so maybe a emulator problem, next the Hi Lo reel band. From what i could make out the "cashpot" symbols on the real machine were 1,5,9 but again the emulator would have it! so i reverted back to the classic positions 4,8 & 12.
If you look at the flyer compared to this layout the "?" bonuses are also different, don't know why!
The sound is their but seams very quiet, so you'll ahve to turn the volume up.
Apart from that its all good, even the skillstop feature i can easily reach the £2.40repeater
Shortcuts are-
Start = Spacebar
Collect = C
Holds = 1,2,3
LO = 2, HI = 3
Cancel = `
Tokens in = 9
£££'s in = 0
Plays in most Mfme's.

Question about rainbow riches community game
Hi,
I was playing this (rainbow games) the other day another guy was playing the other game so community was on (showed 2 players in the little boxes)
After a few quid it took the other guy up to the feature and he got community pots or whatever it's called but my machine didn't go up just said please wait I queried this with the attendant as she had seen what had happened and she said I'd have to see the owner, I collared him a couple of days later and explained what had happened to which he told me not all games are community, I explained that this one was and it should have taken me up. he told me he would speak to barcrest and download the information to a usb stick for them to analyse.
A few days later he was back in the arcade and explained to me that he had spoken to Barcrest and that on that particular game if the % is so low on the machine that it cannot afford to pay out that it will not take that machine to the feature.
Has anyone else heard of this, doesn't seem right to me as the screen advertised 2 player community?
He did give me £10 worth of credits as a gesture but surely the pots would have been better as the bronze pot was around £30 and silver and gold were higher.

Astra - Rumpel Wildspins £500 Jackpot - How to install new games?
Hi everyone.
I am seeking some guidance with regards to my Astra Video Slot Machine (Rumpel Wildspins). The machine came pre-loaded with 5 games.
1. Reel King
2. Rumpel Wildspins
3. Magic Pots
4. Diamond King (or something).
5. Jack and the Giant Jackpots.
After playing for a while these games are now getting a little boring. Whilst exploring the machine i notice that within the Admin panel you can review the installed games, whilst in this menu i notice there are around 20 more slots which are 'free' and not allocated meaning more games can be added and installed. Well i have no idea where i could source new games and how i would go about installing new games. Can anyone please give any guidance as to how i go about doing this?
I would really appreciate any help/guidance and i'm looking forward to learning more on these forums!

Help! Bank Raid Playable emulator
Hi,
Just wondering which is the best emulator to play the bank raid fruit machine on? I have tried the latest but its only showing half of the fruit machine. running windows 10 on a 17.3 inch screen. any help would be appreciated!

Amber 2 Layout Creation
Hey Guys. Just thought id share what ive been up to tonight.. Total Crap, seeing as I had no idea how the lampmasking worked or anything, and also that i didnt really have a direction i was moving in..
Still need to find some reel images.
but thought id show you what an absolute novice in amber 2 could achieve in a few hours. Amber 2 creation tool is great, obviously still a few bugs, but obviously to be expected still being in development. but if its that easy to create something in beta, then god knows how great itll be when ready 
Anyway, this is my CashFlow Classic. literally just f*****g around, no real goal but ended up with this.
Also, The emuparadise where i found the roms has the program but no sound, im sure i heard the sound file when i was testing killcrazys epoch emulator.
Does anyone have it??

Bloody Outlook and Win10
I really need some help here .... please 
On my lappy I succumbed and downloaded the dreaded Win10....
Somewhere along the line I have also added outlook.
Fine I thought at the time i'll just remove it --- not so easy!, now when I turn-on the sod up Outlook ask's for a password before Windows boots.
A Password in itself isn't an issue...it's just I don't want it on boot-up....simples!!
Read so many thing's via Google but I just can't remove (NOR FIND) the bloody thing.
Please can anyone help me find a solution?
